Paper Smooches - Wicked Nauticool

Hello again today! I have one more paper pocket for you. Tickets and a short greeting will be inserted and this is a surprise for my brother Dave for his birthday. I chose the Wicked Nauticool stamp set and coordinating dies for this project, both from Paper Smooches.

Firstly I cut, stamped and coloured the sailboat, using Jet Black Archival Ink, Tea Dye, Vintage Photo and Weathered Wood Distress Ink Pads and a detail tip water brush. The sailboat body was glazed by Glossy Accents from Ranger.

Secondly I prepared the circle base, using a Tumbled Glass Distress Ink Pad, sponge dabber and Texture Wave plastic stencil from Memory Box. Finally the red circle frame was added.

The nautical scene was created on the folded paper pocket (size 9" x 4.5"). The paper pocket was made from a paper strip 9" x 11", which was bent 2" from the right edge and 4.5" from the left one.
